Balasana (Child Pose) For Anti-aging
Sit in Vajrasana , kneeling down and sitting on the inner side of your leg. Your hands in the front leaning forward, now rest your head on the floor face down relax and stay in position for a while.
Benefits:
Gently stretches hips thighs and ankles, relaxes neck and shoulders, increases blood circulation to the head to relieves headaches.
Helps relieve fatigue and stress relieves lower back pain.
Note:
Avoid this Aasana in knee injury, joint pain or high blood pressure problem.
Pregnant women do not perform this Aasana.Perform all the Yoga Aasana and Pranayama in under the supervision of an expert Yoga teacher.
